There was no representation for the petitioner on more than two occasions including in the forenoon and afternoon on 20.03.2015 and the writ petition was directed to be listed today 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation and any accommodation is sought for.

The writ petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
