HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO COMPANY APPLICATOIN No.1687 of 2016 IN COMPANY PETITION No.25 OF 2008 ORDER:

This Company Application is filed by the applicant under Section 457(1)(e) of the Companies Act, 1956, read with Rule 9 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, with the following reliefs: i.

appoint a Registered Chartered valuer for Revaluation of the Flat No.M-4 admeasuring 777 square feet together with undivided share 14.30 square yards situated at H.No.1-8-526, Jatkar Bhavan, Chikkadpally, Hyderabad, from the panel of valuers being maintained by the office of the Official Liquidator or such other valuer and direct them to submit their report in strict confidence to this Court or to the Official Liquidator.

ii.

Fix Rs.10,000/- professional fee o valuer so appointed by this Court for valuation of the Flat or such other fee.

iii.

Permit the Official Liquidator to pay the valuation fee as fixed by this Court from out of the funds of the company (in liquidation).

iv.

Order that the cost of this application do come out of the assets of the company.

In view of the order passed in COMPA No.255 of 2017 in C.P.No.25 of 2008 on 21.02.2017, the present company application is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the COMPA No.1687 of 2016 in C.P.No.25 of 2008 is dismissed as infructuous.
