HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 8500 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner precisely in this writ petition is that her husband viz., Velupula Srinivasulu has purchased the schedule land in a public auction conducted by the Kadapa District Co-operative Central Bank Ltd., Kadapa, and obtained sale certificate dated 11.06.2002. Since then they have been in possession and enjoyment of the same by raising mango garden therein. After the death of her husband, the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the same by way of succession. It is further submitted that though the petitioner submitted an application in Form-VI(A) on 10.10.2014 for issue of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the land an extent of Ac.4-89 cts., situated in Survey No.30, Railway Kodur Mandal, Y.S.R.Kadapa District, the 3rd respondent has not acted upon her application till date.

2. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.37635 of 2014 and batch.

This Court, by a Common Order dated 12.12.2014, disposed of the W.P.No.37635 of 2014 and batch, observing as follows: "The petitioners have submitted the Applications in Form VI (A) on 15.07.2013 to the recording authority, the Tahsildar, Varadaiahpalem Mandal, the 4th respondent herein. Therefore, the 4th respondent shall deal with the Applications of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, within a maximum period of three months, at any rate, before the end of March, 2015."

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner submitted in Form VI (A) on 10.10.2014 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of three months, at any rate, before the end of June, 2015. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
