RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents in not settling the retirement and Pensionary benefits of the Petitioner as illegal, unlawful and u nconstitutional and violative of Fundamental rights, and further direct the Respondents to settle forthwith the Petitioner's retirement and pensionary benefits with effect from 31-7-1991 the date of superannuation and pay all the arrears of pension together with interest @ 18% and continue to pay his future pension.
