Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners placed order passed by the District Registrar of Assurances, Anantapur vide Endt C.No.E/1218/2015, dated 17.10.2015, whereby it is recorded that the document Nos.6465 and 6466 of 2015, dated 10.07.2015 before the Sub Registrar, Anantapur Rural have since been cancelled by the Registration of Cancellation Deed Nos.9886 and 9887 of 2015 on 08.10.2015.

In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and therefore, no orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
