THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.6395 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Madhusudhan Reddy holding for Anugu Sanjeeva Reddy, Mr.Pruthvi Reddy for Mr.K.Ravi Mahender and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioners complain inaction against respondent Nos.3 to 5 in considering and disposing of the request made through Application No.DER021600136140 for identification and fixation of F-line as illegal, arbitrary and amounts to refusing to exercise jurisdiction conferred on respondents under the Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

The Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) states that the request of petitioners, for survey was rejected vide order dated 28.03.2018 and inaction complained against the respondents is untenable. In view of the rejection of request, Mr.Madhusudhan Reddy does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to work out remedies in accordance with law.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
