When the matter was listed on 08-02-2016 and 29-02-2016, learned counsel for the petitioners sought time for filing memo that he has given-up vakalat for the petitioners. Again when the matter was listed on 0403-2016, a memo was filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the matter was directed to be posted 'for dismissal' Today, there is no appearance for the petitioners.

In view of the same, the revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision, shall stand closed.
