JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER O R D E R : ( Oral, Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait ) This writ petition is filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking writ of certiorari call for the records relating to impugned order dated 23/10/2002 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad in O.A.No. 1715 of 2001 and to quash the same as arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional and to grant such other reliefs as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
2. It is represented by the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the issue raised in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the matter has become infructuous.
3. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructous. No order as to costs.
5. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
