The Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short Cr'P'C') by the Petitioner/respondent to quash the proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.196 of 20"18 in S.C.No.525 of 2018 on the file of the VII Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record

3. The State has preferred the present application questioning the Orders passed in Crl'M'P'No196 of 2018 in S.C.No.525 of 2018.

4. The learned VII Additional Assistant Sessions Judge' Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar has disposed of S'C No'524 of 2018 by

Judgment, dated 24.04.2023. In the said circumstances, cause does not survive.

Accordinglp this Criminal petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
