Heard the Counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents. 2.

The petitioner herein questions the order dt.30.11.2015 passed by 2nd respondent suspending petitioner's Fair Price Shop dealership authorization.

Although the counsel for petitioner contended that the said suspension is not warranted, since admittedly the petitioner had given an explanation to the show-cause notice dt.28.10.2016 issued by 2nd respondent, and the matter requires an enquiry under Sub-Clause (5) of Section 5 of the Andhra Pradesh State Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry into the allegations against the petitioner in accordance with the said control order on or before 29.02.2016. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.
