THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4287 of 2014 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the orders dated 18.09.2014 in I.A.No.500 of 2013 in O.P.No.672 of 2012 on the file of Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad. At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the main O.P. as expeditiously as possible. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Additional Family Court Judge, Hyderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of O.P.No.672 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
