The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is regarding non-registration of her complaint dated 09.06.2016. Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.06.2016, a case in Crime No.192 of 2016 on the file of Tirupathi, East Police Station, Chittoor District was registered. As crime No.192 of 2016 has since been registered on the complaint of the petitioner, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive necessitating adjudication by this Court. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed.
