Heard Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri Y.Balaji, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Non consideration of representation, dated 21.10.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner herein may be permitted to submit a representation afresh to the respondents and the same may be directed to be considered by the respondents as per law. 4.
On the other hand, it is submitted by learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and that if any such representation is submitted by the petitioner, the same would be verified and appropriate action would be taken strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open to the petitioner herein to submit a fresh representation for redressal of her grievance within a period of two
(02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is filed, the same may be considered and
appropriate action be taken strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
