THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11698 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.104 of 2016 on the file of Station House Officer, Chagtial Rural Police Station, Karimnagar District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506 of IPC and Sections 10 and 24 of Emigration Act. At the time of arguments, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet before the concerned court and hence the subject matter of the present Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________ T. SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
