THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CONTEMPT CASE.No.1467 of 2014 O R D E R:

This Contempt Case is instituted complaining that the respondent has not implemented the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.9404 of 2014 dated 27.03.2014.

When the matter is taken up for consideration today, learned Standing Counsel quietly passes on a copy of the order passed by the Regional Manager, Rajahmundry, dated 23.04.2014 considering the case of the writ petitioner, but did not agree for payment of any salary to the petitioner for the period 17.04.2013 to 17.07.2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri V.Ramakrishna would submit that though this order is stated to be passed on 23.04.2014, the same has not been communicated to the petitioner. Therefore, only when this contempt case is heard today, did learned Standing Counsel pass on this order.

Be that as it may, preserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the legality and validity of the order passed on 23.04.2014, this contempt case is dismissed. No costs.
