wp_33300_2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner prays that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to, issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Habeas Corpus ordering and directing the Respondents to produce petitioner's wife Pooja Laxminarayana Sadhula D/o. Laxminarayana before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith by declaring his detention as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. "
