HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No. 661 of 2020 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not mutating the name of the petitioner and in not issuing Pattedar Pass Book in his favour in respect of Agriculture Land, admeasuring Ac.0.23 guntas in Sy.No.120, situated at Narsingi Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, despite receiving application from the petitioner dated 25.10.2019 for mutation of land; and for a consequential direction to the respondents to mutate the name of the petitioner while issuing Pattadar Pass Books in his favour.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions submits that the application of the petitioner dt.25.10.2019 is under consideration and that the respondent authorities require some more time to consider the same.

In view of the same the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dt.25.10.2019, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and take action. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
