None appears for the petitioners.

Perused the prayer in the writ petition. No interim order at any point of time was passed. In view thereof and having considered the nature of controversy raised in the writ petition, it seems, the petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting this petition further and hence, no one is coming forward to work it out on merits. Therefore, I am constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
