HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.820 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 4 submits that the matter has been settled among the parties and to that effect, he has furnished a copy of memorandum of compromise.

Though the matter is listed under the caption " FOR DISMISSAL" , none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf.

In view of the above, this Court is of the considered view that since the dispute between the petitioner and respondents 3 and 4 has been resolved in terms of memorandum of compromise, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. The copy of memorandum of compromise is placed on record. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI, J 04-02-2020 Prv
