500 in Krishna District, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and consequently direct the respondents herein to allot the said work to the petitioner herein forthwith. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V.Sree Ranga Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner and of G.P.
" At the request of the learned G.P. for Roads and Buildings (AP), post the matter after two weeks. In the meanwhile, there shall be direction to the respondents herein to examine the representation dated 55-2015 submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders within a week from the date of receipt of orders of this Court. Till the representation of the petitioner is considered and appropriate orders are passed, status quo as on today shall be maintained."
