The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant are present along with their respective counsels.
I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2018 are filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in C.C.No.309 of 2016 on the file of XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar (Formerly XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate), which is outcome of crime No.293 of 2016 of Raidurgam Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A & 323 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended.
In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2018 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.309 of 2016 on the file of XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar (Formerly XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate), are hereby quashed, accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
