No representation for petitioner.

The writ petition is filed for the following relief: "....this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in locking the house and not giving the keys of Plot No.5/F1, 1st Floor, GAR Colony, Bairamalguda, Ranga Reddy District to the petitioner as arbitrary, illegal and violative of rights guaranteed under Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and to pass...." On 21.06.2016, this Court granted interim direction to respondents. The interim order is subsisting as on date. In spite of granting sufficient time, the respondents have neither filed counter affidavit nor sent instructions in the matter or filed petition to vacate the interim order. Hence, without expressing view on merits, the interim order is made final order. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
