This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri tvl - KARUNA SAGAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and of Sri MUPPU RAVINDER REDDY, Advocate for the Respondent No. 2 The Court made the following: ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRIIUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.23O OF 2O2O t I t I ORDER:

Crime No.96 of 2019, dated 26.02.2019 was registered with Shamirpet Police Station, Cyberabad District for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (I.P.C.). The charge sheet was filed in the month of September, 2019 and the same is numbered as CC. No.1574 of 2019 on the file of the learned XXI Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Medchal, Cyberabad. The present petition is filed in the year 2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is unaware of the exact stage of the case before the Court below. In these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to keep the petition pending.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court, in the everit of any cause survives. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
