HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 17844 OF 2005 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners, in the instant writ petition, have challenged the notifications issued under Sections 4(1) and 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in respect of land measuring A cs.12.31 guntas in S.No.324 situated at Poppalaguda, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Smt. Sri Devi, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition submits that the land of the petitioners was deleted from acquisition long back and, hence, no award was passed in respect thereof. She submits that no possession of their land was taken at any point of time. Her statement is recorded and accepted. Written instructions received by her are also taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the writ petition.

Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
