HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.684 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner in continuation to the interim order dated 04.01.2018, Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3, and also perused the G.O.Ms. No.275, dated 27.10.2017, (Municipal Administration & Urban Development (GHMC-II) Department) for the nalas to be erected, the structural compensation for properties will be paid, irrespective of nature of land, whether private or that of Government or of the Local Body, as the case may be, and for private land, land compensation as per the Act to be paid.

Having regard to the above, the interim order is made absolute not to dispossess the petitioner, except through due process of law. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
