Counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this Revision with liberty to approach the Court below invoking Order XXXVIII Rule 8 of CPC for adjudicating petitioner's claim to the property, which is said to have been directed to be attached in the order dt.04.01.2019 in I.A.No.15 of 2019 in O.S.No.18 of 2019 of the VII Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

Granting liberty as sought for, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
