Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the order dated 11.01.2024 in the above criminal petition the case number i.e. STC NI No.1259 of 2023 was wrongly typed instead of STC NI No.1259 of 2021 and requested to correct the same and issue the corrected copy. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed and "STC NI No.1259 of 2023" should be replaced with "STC NI No.1259 of 2021" wherever it appears in the order dated 11.01.2024 in Crl.P. No.341 of 2024.
