But for left open the remedy to approach the Appellate Court i.e., learned District & Sessions Judge, Chittoor, against the Section 6-A proceedings of the Collector (CS), Chittoor, there is nothing to pass any order in this writ petition. Accordingly and in the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of without prejudice to such right to consider such application by the learned District Judge on own merits.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
