THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO ARBITRATION APPLICATION NO.21 OF 2019 ORDER:

This application is filed under Section 11 (5) & (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking appointment of an Arbitrator for the purpose of adjudication of disputes between the parties arising out of agreement dt. 15.09.2012. Counsel for the respondent states that his client has no objection for appointment of an Arbitrator.

Therefore, this Arbitration Application is allowed and Sri G. Gopala Krishna Murthy, District Judge (Retd.), Cell No.9885559738, D.No.3-4-756/1, F.No.102, Sri Raghavendra Sai Residence, Barkatpura, Hyderabad - 27, is appointed as Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties arising out of the said agreement.

There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
