When the matter was called on 09.06.2015 none appeared for the petitioner and there was no representation on her behalf. To give a last chance to the petitioner the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the case is called, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on her behalf. It seems the petitioner does not wish to pursue the writ petition.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
