HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CONTEMPT CASE No.1638 of 2017 ORDER : (Oral) In view of the order dated 03.09.2016, received by the petitioner on 20.09.2016, which is in Page No.16 of the material papers, I hereby discharge the respondent from the contempt proceedings.

However, it is made clear that if the petitioner is still aggrieved of the decision taken by the respondent, liberty is granted to agitate before appropriate forum for appropriate relief. Contempt case is accordingly closed.
