HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.19399 OF 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner seeks Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondents 2 to 5 in initiating action against respondents 6 to 8, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional etc.

The Assistant Government Pleader by relying on the written instructions dated 15.07.2013 states that based on the complaint of the petitioner Habeebnagar police registered a case a case in Cr.No.4708 of 2013 against Mr.Syed Ata Hussaini. The statement made basing on written instructions is placed on record. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
