THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION NO.26924 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"... to declare the action of the respondents in not issuing the Fitness Certificate as well as Duplicate Registration Certificate in respect of the petitioner's vehicle bearing Registration No.AP.03/T.8980 in spite of the proceedings of the 1st respondent, vide Memo No.23629/A1/2000, dated 19-06-2009 as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondents to issue Fitness Certificate as well as Duplicate Registration Certificate."

When the matter is called today, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that pursuant to the interim direction given by this Court on 10-12-2009, the request of the petitioner is considered and no further adjudication need be undertaken in this writ petition.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
