HON'BLE Dr.JUSTICE G.RADHA RANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.342 of 2022 ADVANCE ORDER:

The Criminal Petition is allowed. Petitioner- un-named accused is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Cyber Crime Police Station, CCS, Hyderabad, in Cr.No.1128 of 2021, within 15 days from the date of this order, and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer, shall release him on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to his satisfaction. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigating agency to the full extent and shall produce all his Bank statements and other related documents as requested by the police. The petitioner shall abide by the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2)Cr.P.C.
