ORDER

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.247 of 2015 on the file of Jeedimetla Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468 and 420 IPC, against petitioners/A1 to A3. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that since no interim order was granted by this Court, the police have completed the entire investigation and filed charge sheet in the aforesaid crime and the same was registered as C.C.No.1528 of 2015 on the file of VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, Cyberabad, and therefore, nothing remains to quash the proceedings in the aforesaid crime and the criminal petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, petitioners are at liberty to challenge the proceedings in C.C.No.1528 of 2015 on the file of VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, Cyberabad.
