AMARNATH GOUD LETTER PATENT APPEAL No.4 of 2019 JUDGMENT: (per SK, J) This letters patent appeal is sought to be maintained against the order dated 30.11.2008 dismissing Contempt Case No.576 of 2017. In the light of the law laid down in KURAPATI STEEVAN V/ s. THE UNI ON OF I NDI A1, a letters patent appeal under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent would not be maintainable against an order dismissing a contempt case. The appeal is accordingly dismissed on this short ground. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
