HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.1025 of 2018 ORDER:

Petitioner claims to be in occupation of small extent of land at Sunnipenta Village and running ANL parcel services collecting small parcels. His grievance is that respondent - authorities are interfering with his possession and threatening to dispossess him from the subject premises without following due process of law.

It is the contention of the petitioner that, while others are being allowed to continue at the subject premises, discrimination is being shown against the petitioner, and the entire action is on pick and choose method. Learned Government Pleader for Irrigation and Command Area Development fairly submits that no discrimination would be shown in dispossessing the petitioner from the subject premises, and all would be treated equally, and action would be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the submission made on behalf of learned Government Pleader for Irrigation, and making it clear that any action to be taken against the petitioner would be, strictly, in accordance with law either under the Land Encroachment Act or any other provision applicable, the Writ petition is disposed of.
