t \ \ This Criminal Petition is flled under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for shott 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionerAccused No.4 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.10319 of 2027 pending on the file of the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1 - State. Perused the record.
3. The petitioner is being prosecuted for the offence under Section 332 read with 34 of IPC, Section 4 of Medical Services Act. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners confines his praver to direct the concerned Court to dispose off the main case as expeditiously as possible.
4. Since the case is of the year 2021, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose off the case as expeditiously as possible within a period of four months.
