This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the first respondent in constituting non-hereditary trustees by including the names of respondent No.4 as Trustee and respondent No.5 as Pradhana Archaka (Ex-officio member) vide G.O.Rt.No.106, Revenue (Endowments.IV) Department, dated 24.01.2009, as illegal and arbitrary. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
