HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.1019 of 2018 ORDER:

Alleging inaction of respondents in disposing of the representations dated 19-04-2017 and 20-09-2017 filed by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. Having regard to the limited grievance, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

(a) The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representation before 3rd respondent by enclosing a copy of this order within four (04) weeks from today.

(b) On such re-submission, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight (08) weeks thereafter.
