Lakshmi Narasimha, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri N. Bhupal Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1, and Sri Umashankar Lokanathan, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3, agree that, in the light of the order passed by us in W.P.No.7799 of 2018 dated 12.03.2018, both respondents 1 and 3 be directed together to frame modalities for distribution of employees of the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (those employees working before 02.06.2014) between respondents 1 and

3. Modalities for distribution of these employees shall be finalised within four weeks from today; and the entire exercise of final allocation of these employees, between the two successorsocieties, shall be completed within eight weeks thereafter. The petitioners claim for salary, for the period after they were relieved by the 1st respondent and before they joined service with the 3rd respondent, shall also be considered by respondents 1 and 3 in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
