This Criminal Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/A1, seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.167 of 2019 on the file of the S.H.O., Bellampally I Town Police Station, Ramagundam District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 r/w 34 IPC.

2. The first bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on merits. No new grounds whatsoever have been assigned by the petitioner to entertain this bail application.
