This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A.2 & A.3 for grant of bail in Crime No.139 of 2018 of Khammam Rural Police Station, Khammam District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/A.2 & A.3, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

The earlier bail application of this petitioners/A.2 & A.3 was dismissed by this Court, vide order, dated 22.11.2018, passed in Criminal Petition No.11359 of 2018. No changed circumstances are brought to the notice of this Court. There are specific and grave allegations against the petitioners/A.2 & A.3. There is a bar to grant bail when the contraband seized is of commercial quantity. In the instant case, 460 kilograms of ganja was being transported by the petitioners/A.2 & A.3 in a lorry. Under these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to allow this application. 4.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
