Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home for respondent Nos.1 and 3 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent No.2. 2.

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the correspondence between the Station House Officer, Alampur Police Station, Alampur, Jogulamba Gadwal District and Joint Collector, Jogulamba Gadwal District, wherein, the Station House Officer, informed the Joint Collector, that the Tractor bearing No.AP 21 TZ 4864 and Trailor bearing No.AP 21 TZ 4865, was illegally transporting the sand and on demand the driver has not produced permission proceedings belonging to sand transportation and on seizing of vehicle, Cr.No.93/2019 was registered in the same police station, under Section 379 of Indian Penal Code, and therefore, requested to take further steps.

Thus, what is under challenge in this writ petition is an internal correspondence informing the Joint Collector about the action taken by the police in seizing the vehicle for unauthorized transportation of sand. This correspondence does not give rise to cause of action.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.

If any confiscation orders are issued, based on the letter written by the Station House Officer, petitioner may work out his remedies as available in law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
