HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.8832 of 2014 O R D E R :

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since the case is pending for trial vide C.C.No.22 of 2018, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
