In her complaint submitted to the Additional Director General of Police, CID, the 3rd respondent stated that she is a Film Artist and working in the Telugu Film Industry for the past 20 years. She was married to one M.Kishore and blessed with a son. In the month of June, 2016, the petitioner, claiming to be a Film Producer, tried to contact her, through her manager and expressed his intention to produce a film and offered a role.
