This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw A.S.No.322 of 2012 from the file of the III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and transfer the same to the file of the XXV Additional Chief Judge, FTC, Hyderabad, to hear along with A.S.No.148 of 2012.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that A.S.No.148 of 2012 was posted 'for judgment' on 04.10.2018.

In view of posting of A.S.No.148 of 2012 'for judgment', no further orders are necessary in this transfer petition. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
