This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to Crime No.1313 of 2017 of Madhapur (Guttala) Police Station, Cyberarbad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC and quash the same.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the police, after completion of investigation in the aforesaid crime, filed charge sheet and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive for further adjudication and it has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
