HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.11341 of 2016 O R D E R :

This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitionersA.1,A.2,A.3,A.6,A.7,A.11&A.14 seeking to enlarge them on bail in connection with Crime No.135 of 2011 in S.C.No.57 of 2012 pending on the file of VII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Jude, Hyderabad. On the earlier occasion, the Apex Court by order dated 18.9.2015 in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl) No.2514 of 2015 filed by A.5 challenging the order of this Court dated 16.9.2013 in rejecting the bail in Crl.P.No.9104 of 2013 directed the trial Court to complete the trial within four months from the date of framing of charges. However, the trial Court sought for extension of time for completion of trial and the Apex Court by order dated 6.6.2016 was pleased to extend time for a further period of three months to complete the trial. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court at appropriate time.
