This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused, for grant of bail in COR No.136 of 2018 of Prohibition and Excise Station, Ghatkesar, registered for the offence punishable under Section 8(c) read with 22(a) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner/accused was dismissed by this Court, vide order, dated 17.12.2018, passed in Criminal Petition No.13150 of 2018. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that two more similar criminal cases are pending against this petitioner/accused. Further, no changed circumstances are brought to the notice of this Court.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
